On June 20, 2024, LaPalm Moving is proud to join forces with other community partners for United Way Hastings and Prince Edward's annual Day of Caring on Thursday, June 20th. It's a chance for our team to put down the boxes and pick up some paint brushes, shovels, or whatever tools are needed to make a difference at local non-profit organizations.
United Way brings together volunteers from across the region for a day dedicated to tackling important projects at non-profits. Last year, a record-breaking 263 volunteers from 27 workplaces completed a staggering 46 projects, from landscaping and painting to building essential structures. This year, LaPalm Moving is excited to contribute to that impactful total.
Our team at LaPalm Moving is known for its dedication and hard work. On Day of Caring, we'll be channeling that energy into helping local organizations. Whether it's painting a new mural, building much-needed shelves, or tackling some landscaping challenges, we're ready to lend a helping hand.
This is more than just a volunteer day – it's about giving back to the community that supports us. We're looking forward to working alongside other volunteers and making a positive impact on Hastings and Prince Edward County.
