Exceptional customer service and professionalism with these movers. We recently moved my parents over 3 hours away and the entire process was top notch. Helen took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. Our movers James and Randy were absolutely amazing. We have had several moves throughout the years and this by far was the best experience we have ever had. Highly recommend this company!

Lapalm moving did an amazing job moving our belongings from a 3-bedroom country home. They were a pleasure to work with, professional, punctual, courteous, and efficient. Everything was handled well and arrived intact. To give a quote, Helen personally visited our place to account for the logistics and the amount of things that we needed moving. This meant we had the right number of people and trucks, and a realistic schedule.

They gave a very fair quote, and in the end that still came in under the initial quote.

Be honest in what needs to be moved, and make sure you pack your things beforehand in boxes etc. Making it a bit easier for the movers will make things go a lot quicker.

The three people that moved us did a fantastic job. They were professional, they moved very quickly and efficent, and everything we owned was in perfect condition at our new house.

Lapalm movers didn’t an excellent job of moving our furniture with professionalism and on time! Their estimate was under target! There was a problem with my king sized electric bed and the movers were very professional on how they handled that situation! I highly recommend this company and particularly the 4 men that moved us!!
